Apple Rose with Puff Pastry

  • 1 Roll of Marquespan Puff Pastry
  • 2 Red apples
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Tbsp of sugar
  • ½ Tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • ½ Cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ Cup of pasteurized egg yolks

How to Prepare:

 

  • Use cupcake molds for this recipe.
  • Slice the apples into thin strips and mix them with orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Microwave for about 3 minutes until the apples are soft.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
  • Place apple slices on the strips, roll them, and fit them into the cupcake molds.
  • Brush the flowers with yolks and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes.
  • Dust with powdered sugar to finish.
