How to Prepare:

 

  • Grease the pans and arrange the croissants.
  • Let rise for 1 hour at 28°C (82°F).
  • Brush with yolks and bake at 165°C (329°F) for 20 minutes.
  • Decorate with melted chocolate in uniform lines.
