Braided Bread with Toppings

  • 1 Pack of Marquespan Braided Bread
  • 5 Cups of vanilla cream
  • 3 Cups of condensed milk
  • 3 Cups of grated coconut
  • 2 Cups of pasteurized egg yolks
  • ½ Cup of cherries

How to Prepare:

 

  • Use a flat baking pan for the Braided Bread.
  • Grease the pans with a release agent and arrange the Braided Bread evenly in a standard 2×5 layout.
  • Let it rise for approximately 3 hours at a temperature of 28°C (82°F).
  • Spray the yolk over the braids using a sprayer.
  • Bake in a preheated (gas) oven at 155°C (311°F) for about 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  • After baking, remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • Brush condensed milk over the surface and coat with grated coconut.
