Ingredientes
- 1 Roll of Marquespan Puff Pastry
- 1 Tray of strawberries
- 5 Cups of vanilla cream
- 1 Cup of pasteurized egg yolks
- ½ Cup of powdered sugar
How to Prepare:
- Use flat pans and a round cutter to shape the puff pastry.
- Roll out the dough, cut it with the round cutter, and stack the circles.
- Brush the dough with egg yolks and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.
- Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and fill with vanilla cream using a piping bag.
- Decorate with half a strawberry on top.
