
Stuffed Honey Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 Pack of Marquespan Honey Bread
- 5 Cups of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 Cup of white chocolate
- 5 Cups of dulce de leche
How to Prepare:
- To prepare the Honey Bread, use a flat baking pan.
- First, grease the pans with a release agent and place the Honey Bread evenly in a standard 5×5 arrangement.
- Let it rise for approximately 3 hours at a temperature of 28°C (82°F).
- Bake in a preheated (gas) oven at 155°C (311°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- After baking, remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and coat the Honey Bread.
- Once the chocolate has dried, use the white chocolate to make uniform decorative stripes.
- Finish by injecting dulce de leche into the bottom of the Honey Bread.
